In Brazil we partner with a native tribe from the Amazon Forest who pick the Guarana by hand straight from the Forest. Supporting the Natives to wildly harvest the Guarana is crucial in order to avoid Monocultures and avoid deforestation in the Amazon Forest.

  • Yes, all our ingredients are carefully sourced and fully Organic. The wild Guarana is handpicked straight from the Amazon Forest. The mushrooms come from our partners on Tyrol and provide the highest quality mushrooms you can get in the market.

  • All of our mushrooms are grown in the European Union. We work with our local partners Tyrol who produce all their mushrooms in Europe in Collaboration with local Farmers.

  • The pure Guarana is, as the name explains PURE, so there is 0 sugar in it. In our 2 Blends “Belly Balance” and “Immunity Bliss” we added a small amount of Lucuma powder, a dried fruit from Peru. It is one of the healthiest and most natural sweeteners available.

  • Although coffee is classified as harmless in moderation by gynecologists, you should refrain from guarana for the period of pregnancy or lactation.

  • The Guarana we bring to you is sourced directly from the original Guardians of Guarana in the Brazilian Amazon Forest. This Guardians domesticated the Guarana plant and have been using Guarana as one of their most sacred drinks for generations. Nowadays, they ecologically cultivate it in the forest, manually harvest it and handcraft it into the Pure Power we offer. So, by buying it, you contribute to such Guardians, their communities and the Brazilian Amazon Forest continue to thrive.

  • The Brazilian natives drink Guarana mixed with water. This sacred drink is called “Sapo”. Guarana has an earthy, for some people even bitter taste, so the pure Version with water only is not everyone´s favorite. That is also why we have created the two blends “Immunity Bliss” and “Belly Balance” for you. You also can mix the Guarana in any other liquid, cold or hot (max 40 degrees).

  • Clearly NOT. There are huge differences in quality, % of Caffeine, dissolving properties and clarity. The WILD Guarana we use had a far higher caffeine % than the average monocultured Guarana. The wild Guarana we bring to you is sourced directly from the original Guardians of Guarana in the Brazilian Amazon Forest. By buying it, you contribute to such Guardians, their communities and the Brazilian Amazon Forest continue to thrive.

  • Mix 1 full teaspoon of “Immunity Bliss” or “Belly Balance” with 200 ml of warm OR cold milk of your choice. To further naturally sweeten we recommend Coconut water. The blends dissolve best with a milk frother OR milk foamer. NOTE- Guarana does not like hot water, try to avoid temperatures over 40 degrees, otherwise you can destroy the powerful properties of the berry. Enjoy!

  • Studies have shown that the caffeine from guarana has a gentler and long-lasting effect than the caffeine from coffee. It is bound to tannins and is therefore processed more slowly by the body (Seidemann (1998), Smith & Atroch (2007)). A cup of MAAT WALDHAUS “Immunity Bliss” or “Belly Balance” is comparable in caffeine content to a cup of coffee but the effect unfolds more slowly.

  • The maximum amount of daily Guarana consumption should not exceed 20 grams.
